View of the Cathedral of Granada from the Plaza de las Pasiegas.
Spain
During the reign of Charles I began the construction of the Cathedral of Granada. In 1506 Enrique Egas started with Gothic style. Between 1529 and 1663 Diego de Siloé continued with a Renaissance style. In 1564, reigning Felipe II, Alonso Cano reformed the western one with Baroque style, projecting two towers of 81 meters of height, of which only it got to construct one, when the architect died in 1664.
