The Centro Cultural Municipal Parque das Ruínas or simply Parque das Ruínas (Ruins Park) is a public park and cultural center located in the Santa Teresa neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The Ruins Park was the home of the patron Laurinda Santos Lobo. She used to bring together intellectual and artists in his mansion, now transformed into a winning project of architect Ernani Freire, which has kept the structure of the ruins by adding a contemporary look. Today the area has a cultural program variée.

The place also has a panoramic view of Guanabara Bay on one side, and on the other side of the centro. With the city of Rio de Janeiro with his feet, the viewpoint is a good place to understand the geography of the city.
