Milan: Arcimboldi Theater - Teatro degli Arcimboldi
Milan

The Arcimboldi Theater is a modern Theater and Opera House designed by the famous Italian Architect Vittorio Gregotti.

The single auditorium has over 2300 seats and is reported to be the biggest in Italy and the second in Europe. It hosted the performances of the La Scala Theater at the beginning of the 2000s, during the period of its renovation.
The Arcimboldi Theater is located in the northern part of the city, in an area named Bicocca. This area previously was a large factory for Pirelli tyres : now Bicocca has been completely reconverted, restructured and contains also an important university campus.
