Apart from a martyrs’ cemetery, the Graveyard, which is established on a land of 500 decares in Akbelen Neighborhood of Toroslar District, hosts Muslim, Jewish and Christian graves together. Currently, adherents of all these religions carry out the burial ceremonies in accordance with their own beliefs. The place was taken under protection as it represents socio-cultural integration by bringing members of different religions together.
