The four Panopticons were designed to attract visitors out in to the open countryside, all four are displayed out on the hills and moors, between Pendle, Hasingden, Blackburn and Burnley.

The Atom sits starkly on the hillside near the village of Wycoller, providing shelter from the rain for walkers in the valley!
