Kājnieku tiltiņš pār kanālu (1899.-1901.), būvēts pēc inženiera J.Krapivjanska projekta. Tilta būve pilsētai izmaksāja 16594 rubļu, no kuriem 9000 rubļus bija atvēlējusi Politehniskā institūta profesora G.V.Timma atraitne, izpildot sava mirušā vīra novēlējumu. Novērtējot šo ziedojumu, pilsēta tiltiņu nosauca par G.V.Timma tiltu.
