The this east facing view off the summit (elevation 4185 feet) shows Giant Mountain and Dix Mountain, among others and was taken in the winter (March 2016). Upper Wolf Jaw is accessed from the Adirondack Range Trail. The nearest trailhead is the Garden in Keene Valley. The one-way hiking trail distance is roughly 5.5 miles with 3,000 feet of ascent. The peak can also be accessed from the Adirondack Mountain Reserve parking lot in St. Huberts; the one-way hiking distance is also roughly 5.5 miles with 3,500 feet of ascent.
