Standing over the bottom of the three West Park Lakes in a glacial valley below China Mountain near Weed, California.  A trail follows an old logging road up a short distance, however it took a lot longer having to navigate 3-4 foot deep snow.  Due to waning daylight, I will have to visit the other two lakes at another time.
