Representatives from 195 different countries met at the Paris Climate Change Conference in 2015, where a long-term goal was agreed upon to keep the global average temperature increase under 2 (even 1.5) degrees, as compared to the Industrial Revolution era. More than 3 years have passed since the conference and greenhouse gas emissions are still on the rise. Time is running out and so is our patience.

This event isn't only for students. Share what's happening with your parents and explain the situation to your teacher and invite them along. Take your brothers and sisters, as all of our futures are endangered and so is the fate of humankind.
