The Arch of Trajan in The Roman city of Timgad in province of Batna, Algeria.
Algeria
One of the best-preserved ancient Roman cities as it is in northern Africa, Timgad was built in 100 AD in ancient Numidia, the present-day est of Algeria. Trajan the emperor is already famous, and this arch or gate was built in honor of his rule dating back to the year 100 after the birth of Jesus, so around 1880 years ago, and it's still up! Everything is conserved, the road still remains intact, the traces of wheels are visible, you can imagine the life at that time, a real time machine! And just imagine Jesus was supposed to be dead just before about 60 years of building this town, and the Roman religion is yet and now on paganism ! Just enjoy
