Frozen Forth & Clyde Canal & The Falkirk Wheel
Scotland

Yet another fine example of Scottish engineering at it's best.

QUESTION : How do you link two canals, one of which is 115 ft (35 mts) above the other?

ANSWER : Build a ferris type wheel, fitted with two gondolas, that carry the boats & the water that they float in.
