Abajo Peak (11360'/3463m) summit (aerial)
Utah

A 200' aerial view from the summit of Abajo Peak (elev. 11,360'), the high point of the Abajo Mountains outside of Monticello, Utah.  While ground views are shrouded by radio towers, from up here one can see the distant Utah canyonlands extending in every direction.  The La Sal Mountains are to the north, Sleeping Ute Mountain in Colorado to the east, Bears Ears to the southwest, & the Henry Mountains to the distant west.  The road is in decent condition to the top w/ views of adjacent peaks that also crest above 11,000 feet.
