The Broadway Bridge is just north of the Steel Bridge and South of the Fremont Bridge. We are looking north to start here. Each of the twelve bridges over the Willamette in Portland are unique. I like the stark color and utilitarian nature of this bridge. To the right (east) you can see the beloved Memorial Colosseum and behind it the newer Moda Center at the "Rose Quarter". To the right of that you will see the beautiful glass towers of the Convention Center. If you had started looking west to the left from the bridge you would see the classic old train station clock tower ("Go By Train") and then southwest you see two new skyscrapers and the older skyscraper, the "Big Pink" as it is called. The West hills behind are home to OSHU University Hospital.
