Kiviõli semi-coke hills or Kiviõli ash hills are mountains formed by piling up oil shale semi-coke in the northwestern part of Kiviõli. Mountains are often mistakenly called ash mountains.

The hills have formed during the storage of semi-coke produced by the Kiviõli and Kohtla-Järve chemical plants in the production of shale oil.
