New Shoe tree west of Austin, Nevada on US 50.  The original Shoe Tree which was located near this spot was chopped down in late 2010, early 2011.  The original shoe tree has been a landmark since the 1980's.  This new Shoe Tree is located 10 - 20 yards west of the original shoe tree and appears to have been loaded with many of the remaining shoes from the original tree.

The shoe tree has been a landmark on US-50 on the way from Fallon, Nevada to Austin, Nevada on the "loneliest road in America".
